All polo equipment including Boats, Paddles, PFDs, Decks and Helmets can be hired from Fairfield Canoe Club or Essendon Canoe Club for a nominal fee, all you need is bathers including a rash top, towel, and a change of clothes. Tailored coaching in the form of individual instructing, group based skills, or practice games will be provided depending on the session and number of players.

No prior paddling skill is required, we regularly get people coming and trying out Canoe Polo as their first time in a boat. However if you have paddled or played Polo before we can tailor some skills and session to help you improve or get back into the swing of it!

New players can come and try the sport hassle free, however continued involvement in Canoe Polo will require a membership with Paddle Australia to cover insurance and liability (paid as an annual fee, or by signing up to a local club). This can be completed either online or at an event through a CPV organiser.
